===== Configuration and Settings =====

  * **allDep** -- Use all departments (administrative division). The code could be huge and slow. The results could be lost in many others.
  * **selectedDeps** -- Selected some departments (comma separated ",")
  * **maxAutocomplete** -- max city list size in autocomplete field
